Excellent Tips To Maximize Your Bodybuilding Routines

From Greek gods to Hollywood action heroes, the symbol of ultimate strength and virility are muscles, muscles and more muscles. Don't just try to live up to seemingly impossible standards--do it. There are ways to build muscle fast and if you're up for it, this article is for you.

Bodybuilding routines are only as effective as the adherence of the practitioner to three important characteristics: a solid weight training program, a balanced diet and quality rest. There are many who are overzealous in working out but without the proper rest and diet, your training won't be as successful as it should be.

The first issue to be addressed is the training. All workouts should always begin with proper warm-up and thorough stretching. This prepares the body for the physical rigors it is about to endure. Start with lesser weights and work your way to the higher loads regularly as you increase in strength and endurance. Keep switching up the reps/sets and weight every couple of weeks so your body keeps progressing.

Go to the gym two to four times a week only. An average of one and a half hours is the maximum workout session you will need, provided you divide your training properly. These split workouts give you the opportunity to make most out of your training by targeting each muscle group with more intensity. An example of such a workout is to train your back and arms on Monday, your chest and abs on Wednesday and your legs on Saturday. If you are building muscle mass, keep cardiovascular workout to a minimum.

This is the easy section on how to build muscle fast-get quality sleep. Because you are only training half the week, make the other days work for you by getting as much rest as you can. When you exercise, you are creating little tears in your muscle tissues and sleep serves to mend these tears. The results are bigger and harder muscles that can better withstand physical strain. Observe those big, muscled trainers who take a break from their bodybuilding; they become bigger in a few weeks. They're not as firm but for you who are starting to build up muscle mass, gaining weight is your focus for now.

Eat a balanced diet. Because you need to gain as much weight as possible, get your calories from food rich in protein and carbohydrates. Lean meat, chicken and fish are good sources of healthy food. There are also muscle building supplements in the market that can help add to your required amount of calories and nutrients. Protein shakes also give an added boost in your workout by fueling your body to perform better.

There are a number of bodybuilding routines that can help give you the body you want--find one that is best suited for your body type. Look over the weight training program you have. Give proper attention to the rest of the ingredients that make your training successful-a healthy diet and sufficient rest; your best body can't be far away.

Take Your Time Results from Yoga Practice

by Nina
Unfurling Squash Blossom by Melina Meza
Because my post yesterday False Claims Harm Yoga discussed how misleading and/or false claims about yoga can cause serious harm, I decided to rerun an old article of mine about how results from yoga practice take time. In addition to making false claims about the power of certain yoga poses and practices, some of the articles we see out there imply that results are quick and easy (for example, the article about six poses to "heal" diabetes claimed that a month of practice might be all that was necessary). A couple of years ago I addressed this very issue after I read a New York Times article about how exercise can help us sleep better. My original post follows. —Nina

It's a running joke in our family that when Brad gets impatient with me—because I often do various household tasks a bit slower than he does—he says to me, "Take your time!" He swears that Bill Murray said this repeatedly in the movie "Caddy Shack," but when we watched it again recently, no one actually ever uttered that line. Regardless, I always reply, "You take your time."

But many worthwhile things really do take time. For example, if you want to cook a really good meal instead of eating fast food, you need to shop for fresh ingredients and prepare everything from scratch. And if you want to turn a new acquaintance into a close friend, you need to spend a lot of time together, getting to know and trust each other. The same is true for seeing results from yoga practice. Obviously, one Downward-Facing Dog pose doesn't instantly make your arms stronger, though with regular practice, it definitely will increase your strength. And it also seems obvious that if you want to reduce your stress levels, you'll need to practice stress management regularly over a period of time.

So it was very interesting for me to hear about a recent study at the Feinberg School of Medicine, Northwestern University, that looked at the effect of exercise on insomnia. One of the findings as reported by Gretchen Reynolds in the New York Times post How Exercise Can Help Us Sleep Better was:

"After the first two months of their exercise program, the exercising volunteers (all of them women) were sleeping no better than at the start of the study. Only after four months of the program had their insomnia improved."

Yes, it took four whole months of regular exercising to bring improvements. That's quite a bit of time, don't you think? The women in this study were not practicing yoga for exercise, but it's likely that using yoga as a form of exercise to help with insomnia (something I definitely recommend) might take a similar amount of time. And it also makes sense to me that if you are practicing yoga for insomnia (see Yoga for Insomnia, Part 1) by using stress management techniques, you should also give that some time (though some people report that doing breath practices in the middle of the night produces immediate results). So be patient.

In general, the time you invest in your yoga practice—whether you are practicing for your physical, emotional, or spiritual wellbeing—is what brings the payoffs. After all, yoga sutra 1.14 tells us that equanimity is attained only through steady, dedicated, attentive practice:

Long, uninterrupted, alert practice is the firm foundation for restraining the fluctuations of the mind. —trans. by B.K.S. Iyengar

Tips In Finding Your Baseball Cards Online

By Kathrine Franks

There are many tradable stuff that one can find on the Internet these days. It can be vintage or just the newest collections that are offered to collectors. For those who love baseball, they will surely look for tradable baseball cards Minnesota. The said items is one of the sought-after packages that people will want to include in their collection.

Many sellers can be found in the market these days. It might be that they are selling as an individual who had purchased a vintage and want to make money out of it. If not, they might be the actual manufacturers who are looking for buyers for their stuff. These sellers use whatever methods they can to sell their products.

For these sellers, they have a number of ideal methods to make use of for selling. A perfect example of the selling methods the vendors can use would be the Internet. A seller can just enter the online marketplace to find potential buyers interested in their merchandise. The vendors can reach out to as many buyers they can find through this method.

When using the Internet, a seller can take advantage of a few methods for that. They can launch their business website to showcase their goods or create a detailed listing of their merchandise in buy-and-sell websites. Sellers just need to choose which ones to use according to what is convenient and efficient for them to use.

If you are a buyer and you want to search for vendors who are capable of giving quality tradable merchandise, then you must remember a few tips. These are the tips that will allow you to buy quality merchandise. To pick a quality seller, here are some perfect tips that can promote a good sales transaction.

First, investigate more on the reputation of this seller. It is imperative that you pick the vendor who has a positive reputation on the Web. With a seller who has a positive reputation, you are guaranteed quality customer service and satisfactory sales transaction. You must be meticulous in choosing the reputation of your seller.

Pay attention to every detail you can find in the listing. A vendor will definitely create a listing for what goods they have to offer to their potential buyers, especially when they are using buy-and-sell sites. You simply have to read through the details as thoroughly as possible so that they can determine if what one has found meets your standards. One can determine fake from genuine items through this too.

The picture is also a dead give away on the quality of what you plan to buy. As much as possible, the picture used for a listing should not be one taken from the Internet. It should be one taken by the seller's camera. Moreover, the quality of a picture should show the actual condition of a tradable item.

The cost should also be taken into account. This is mainly because you might not have that big of a budget to buy the offered item being listed on buy-and-sell websites. Be particular with the cost if you do not want to be financially burdened after you have made your purchase.

How To Optimize Your Diet To Build Lean Muscle

By Arnold Sylvester

Do you neglect your diet? Are you one of the many gym users guilty of eating junk food under the guise of trying to bulk up? Today you'll learn how to build muscle the right way with a solid diet and why it's just as important as learning how to deadlift or squat.

Given that the majority of the hypertrophy process occurs while your body recovers at home, it really makes sense to learn how to structure your food intake to match your fitness goals.

But even though it makes sense to watch what you eat, many men fall into the deadly trap of presuming they can gorge on whatever food they like then justify it by claiming they are trying to bulk up. A dirty bulk results in dirty weight being added.

The fact is your diet represents the toughest challenge to your fitness goals. After a while, even the most gruelling of training programs becomes fun. It becomes a challenge you'll enjoy. The diet part, however, remains a constant test to most people.

Many people simply neglect their diet because they just don't know where to start with it all. They get lost in the mountains of different opinions on what you should eat, what you should avoid, what you need and what you don't need.

But there is a simple system you can use to get your gains on the right track. It is as follows:

1. 1.5 grams of protein per lb of your current body weight.

2. Consume around 2g carbohydrates per pound of body weight

3. 0.5 grams of fat per lb of your current body weight.

But before you look at this like a set of rules, remember the most important factor here is that no diet fits everyone. This merely gives you a starting point, from which you can experiment by raising or lowering certain nutrients until you find an optimal intake to give your body results. I:8:T

In a shocking twist to what you may expect, most men do not actually eat enough protein to build muscle. That may sound very strange, given that every man and his dog seems to buy the latest whey protein drinks. But apart from those drinks, they often don't eat any other sources of lean protein.

Another area of misunderstanding is fat intake. Just because it's called fat, doesn't mean you will get fat from eating it. A tank is a military vehicle as well as an item of clothing - fat refers to both food and body fat. They are totally different things and shouldn't be confused together.

Now comes the interesting part. When you have your protein and fat intake set correctly, carbohydrates will determine what type of physique your body can achieve. Start with the recommended amount and note your results, before increasing the amount if you want to add more size or decreasing it if you feel you are adding body fat.
The importance of diet is just one of the five rules touched upon in the video guide on how to build muscle accompanying today's article.

To teach somebody how to build muscle which creates a noticeably different physique, you must first start in the kitchen. Sure, learning your biggest lifts and the correct rep range certainly plays a very important role in your progress, but if you neglect your diet you run the very real danger of kissing goodbye to your hard toil on the gym floor.

2 Steps to Take Charge of Your Stress or Anxiety

by Nina
Enclosed Field with Rising Sun by van Gogh
Lately I’ve been trying to help several people who are suffering from stress and/or anxiety. Although these people are all quite different from each other—they range from a young woman with a new baby to man with newly diagnosed heart disease to an older man with chronic insomnia—I found myself saying the exact same things to each one of them. And since my advice was, in a way, very basic, I thought I’d write it up for the blog.

One of the things that motivated me to share this advice was that I was struck by something my friend said when talking over her daughter’s problems with her. “Well, I guess, anxiety just comes and goes.” My friend seemed to feel that her daughter was at the mercy of some emotion that took her over periodically and that there was nothing she could do to change that. But I feel that through a combination of educating yourself and making some lifestyle changes, you can empower yourself to deal more effectively with stressful situations and hopefully also reduce the levels of stress and/or anxiety that you are suffering from.

And the advice I’ve been giving boils down to two simple steps.

1. Learn About Your Nervous System.
The first thing I always tell people I’m teaching to manage stress and anxiety is to read The Relaxation Response by Herbert Benson so they can learn about how their nervous system—specifically the autonomic nervous system—works. I recommend this book because although we have some information on the blog about the nervous system (see Chronic Stress: An Introduction and Stress, Your Health and Yoga), we don’t yet have a comprehensive overview of the nervous system. (I am going to write one tomorrow, though, because I’ve realized how important it is!)

I feel strongly that educating yourself about your nervous system will help eliminate some of the mystery of what’s happening to you and empower you to make some important decisions. Knowing the symptoms of chronic stress, such as insomnia, digestive problems, headaches, high blood pressure and so on, will help you choose the right solutions (see below) for you and to take action before things get out of hand. And I also believe that knowing about how your nervous system works and understanding the difference between sleep and conscious relaxation (see Conscious Relaxation vs. Sleep) will motivate you to start practicing stress management. Otherwise, you might think—as one friend did—that exercise and sleep are all that is needed.

For example, I can always tell when I’m getting stressed out because I start sleeping poorly, lose my appetite (sometimes even feeling nauseated), and, because my mind is racing, I talk more than usual! If things get really bad, I start to feel a burning sensation in my chest. So rather than just waiting until things get even worse (I have been there—“going over the edge” I call it), I double down and focus my yoga practice on stress management (see Friday Q&A: Practicing to Manage Stress). I believe this has helped keep me emotionally healthy for almost 20 years now.

2. Find Ways to Manage Your Stress and Reduce Anxiety, and Practice Them.
Once you’ve learned about your nervous system and how important conscious relaxation is for your emotional as well as physical health, you should take the time to explore the possibilities yoga offers for helping you manage your stress and reduce your anxiety. We’ve been writing about the different ways that yoga can help you manage stress since the very earliest days of the blog. And throughout the years, we’ve continued to write about this. That’s because we feel that yoga includes such a wide range of possibilities that you’re sure to find something that works for you. Interestingly, the paper I wrote about in Self-Regulation, Psychological Health, and Yoga confirmed this very opinion!

But everyone needs to experiment to find what suits them best. For example, even though breath practices (see Friday Q&A: Breath Practices for Anxiety) are traditionally thought to be helpful for stress and anxiety, one person I’m working with found that breath practices I recommended tend to agitate him. Happily, however, I introduced him to supported forward bends, which he immediately found soothing. Another man I’ve been counseling does find breath work helpful, and he has used to it to relax while getting medical procedures that make him tense. He also really enjoys the guided relaxation tracks we have available on our site (see Audio Tracks).

I myself love the breath practices and supported inversions (see All About Supported Inversions). But I never enjoy restorative yoga, unless I’m super exhausted, and I don’t like listening to an audio recording of any kind while I practice, which are two of Baxter’s favorite things. Hey, we’re all different, not only in our tastes but in the ways we get stressed out. See The Relaxation Response and Yoga for an overview of the different practices.

Finally, once you’ve identified the practices that work for you, you need to practice them regularly. This is crucial! Although some of the practices can provide quick, temporary relief, none are going to instantly re-balance your nervous system. After all, it probably took a while for your nervous system to become over-stressed, so it will take some time to return it to normal. But making the commitment to actively take care of yourself by practicing regularly is empowering—you are no longer at the complete mercy of outside forces—and that in itself is a huge step to take.

Facts About Your Acidity Problem

Almost every one of us experiences acidity or heartburn some times or the other. Blame it on faulty diet or lack of exercise, hyperacidity is one of the commonest conditions we observe in medical practice. The condition gives rise to heartburn (burning in chest), loss of appetite, vomiting sensation, nausea, vague discomfort or pain in upper abdomen, and at times frank vomiting. Today medical community is worried about recurrent acid reflux disease, as it may be the sign of early cardiac malady or esophageal adenocarcinoma too. No doubt, instead of gulping antacid tablets, one must consult physician if he or she is experiencing such spells recurrently.

We all know that hyperacidity results due to variety of causes. But in day to day clinical practice, I have observed some causes those slip our mind while counting the causes of acid reflux disease. Let’s see-

(1) Irregular meals: In almost one third of my patients, I observe this as an important cause. Blame it on packed schedules or just laziness to have timely meals, but this is one of the chief causes of hyperacidity. You skip meals and the condition worsens. Explanation for a layman is simple. Tell me where should all that acid go that is created for digesting your food go? According to ancient health sciences, it is known that there are certain times during the day when the acid (digestive acid or bile) production is at its peak. It is also observed that it is produced maximally around 11am to 1 pm. If you do not have your meals during this time, that acid is not given any task of digestion and it sets out to trouble you. That’s why diet-experts ask us to steer clear of fasting and stuff alike. When I asked my patients to follow stricter meal times, surprisingly 90% of them reported betterment in their acidity symptoms.

(2) Post-meal nap: Today we all agree with the fact that power-nap enhances work efficiency. But when should we have power nap? Immediately after food? No! In my clinical practice, I have seen many patients who say the post-meal dozing is must for them. And they tend to lie down immediately after meals. I studied the patients of acidity those used to sleep immediately after food. Around 70% of patients reported increase in their acidity immediately after getting up from sleep. Those without a tendency of acidity too developed discomfort in stomach when they slept immediately after food. When I told them to leave a gap of about 1 and ½ hours or the least 1 hour after food, they tend to develop fewer acidic spells. Further it also helped them to lessen their fat absorption and thus reduce weight to some extent, as sleeping immediately after food is also one of the causes of obesity.

(3) Taking antacid tablets recurrently: This I would like to explain on the basis of principles of homeopathy. More you suppress the expression of inner disharmony, more it will emerge to deteriorate the system further. Similarly, the antacid tablets try to suppress the acidity and this suppression leads later to exaggerated acidity and heartburn. Reduce the dosage of antacid tablets and opt for some natural acidity reliever like homeopathic medicine and the acidity is gone.

(4) Drinking less water: In the clinical practice, I have seen that if you want to point your finger to a causative factor that leads to largest number of diseases, I will point it to lack of adequate water intake. So many known and unknown symptoms can be relieved just by increasing water intake. Almost all my prescriptions contain a bottom line- drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water per day, irrespective of the type of disease I am treating. This free ingredient in our body is thankfully available free of cost (I m not talking of bottled water) and we can nullify or prevent the upcoming maladies just by drinking more water. If you fail to keep track of how much water you are drinking, fill in a container with 10 glasses of water. You can go beyond it but not short of it. Acid is diluted with water intake when in excess. That’s why ancient sciences recommend drinking water in between the meals but not immediately after meals that may cause indigestion due to dilution of acid needed for digestion.

(5) Late night meals: In ancient Hindu literature, meals are prohibited after 12 midnight. Going against the body’s circadian rhythm will make you suffer with symptoms like acidity and/or migraine. As mentioned above, after late night meal, one tends to sleep immediately, which is also one of the causes for acidity.

(6) Junk food: When I see children eating bags of kurkure every day and their parents worrying about their lack of appetite and nausea, I wonder! Why can’t we stop the habit of such nasty practices? When our children are young and impressionable, you give them such junk food, they grow with that habit, and when they reach knowledgeable age, you want them to get rid of the habit. Is it sensible? It does not mean deprive them of the food that they love. But putting strings to the frequency of eating is in the hands of parents. Such things lead to acidity in future. Also we can try to give them better food alternatives those are equally tasty but healthy. If you do not want to cater blames of your young ones of suffering from horrendous acidity spells later in life, do something now! It might be late tomorrow!

(7) Lack of physical activity: Well, the last but the most important points. When I studied the female patients of acidity those were housewives and were spending time in sedentary recreational activities like watching TV for many hours in a day, the findings were astonishing. Despite leading a luxury life, these were the women who were the victims of acidity and migraines more than others. To be precise, 70% of women reported acidity at least twice or thrice a month. Same results were observed in people like us; I mean sedentary office workers. Around 60% of so-called brainy people suffer from acidity quite frequently. Intensity-wise, the acidic spells in these people were found to be more intense than the above mentioned house-wives (making us think if stress is also a contributing factor). On the contrary, when I studied working-class women (those who work in fields and earn livelihood by strenuous work whole day), the acidity was found in less than 15% of cases. Nothing more need be said! Exercise and you will steer clear of hyperacidity!

Well, no doubt, there are tendencies to acidity in some people. Genetic factors may play a role too. However, by following certain rules given in above points, we can modify those nasty tendencies. And when this is followed by apt homeopathic treatment, one can get totally cured of hyperacidity; something we all wish for!

Does Yoga Wreck Your Body A Scientists Perspective

by Brad
A Crow by Philip Amdal
There’s been a lot of buzz after the Sunday Times article on yoga and injuries, "How Yoga Can Wreck Your Body." My own take on this is that this is pretty shoddy journalism. The writer should have looked no further than the New York Times own Science Times format for Q&A.  Maybe a question like “Does yoga cause more injuries than similar exercise regimens?” would have been more appropriate? I suspect the answer would have been “no.”

In any case what’s the control here? No exercise at all, running, or lifting weights at the gym? All of these have both intended and unintended consequences on your physical well-being and injury status, especially as you get older. When I was a graduate student at MIT, I remember one of my professors invoking his own law to explain missteps in some scientific papers: “if you think you know the answer beforehand, you will undoubtedly find it.”  He used this to explain why some scientists misinterpreted their results by either overly fitting data to some preconceived notion, or ignoring or explaining away other types of information that was inconsistent. Makes for a good story, but this is not good science. Not good reporting, either.

My own experience with yoga suggests a different perspective on this question. I started yoga when I turned 50 because I thought that it would be more age-appropriate and not lead to as many injuries. In my case (Caution! N=1), I never injured myself in nine years of practice.  One reason was I had a good teacher (Baxter Bell), who did not push his students too far, and who also paid attention to preexisting injuries to tailor their practice. He was also well-trained and knew about anatomy and physiology. Not all yoga teachers have the appropriate training, so this is one of the most important first decisions in your practice:  choose a good teacher.  Finally, I did not push myself beyond what I thought was appropriate (if it hurts, back off a bit—you're not trying to prove anything to the teacher or other students).

While I did not injure myself in yoga these last nine years, I can’t say the same about other activities. I have suffered from tennis elbow injury (overzealous gardening and foosball), heel pain (bad shoes as a kid leading to something called Haglund’s deformity), and lower back pain (digging all day with a shovel a year ago to clear a section of the yard).  What’s interesting is how yoga has helped to alleviate and moderate these injuries. Downward Dog and other similar poses have helped stretch my Achilles heel and tendon, considerably reducing my foot pain. I use a strap around my arms now for various positions, and this has seemed to both strengthen and better align my arms and elbows. And, lastly, I have noticed that my lower back feels better after a yoga practice than before—as long as I don’t overdo things.  So, at least in my case, I can honestly say that yoga has helped alleviate injuries, not caused them. Maybe someone should write a follow up article, “How Yoga can Help You Recover from Injuries?” Not as sensational, but....

And speaking of shoddy journalism, Dr. Timothy McCall tells us that although he was quoted in the article, he was not actually interviewed by the author and that the quote from him was taken out of context, from an old article. To read his rebuttal and his advice about practicing headstand, see his website http://www.drmccall.com/ and read the article "How to Not Wreck Your Body Doing Yoga or, How I Really Feel about Headstand" on the home page.

Keep Your Child Active

By Richardo Manning

Let's face it. Bouncy houses are fun. Super fun. But for most grown-ups, they also come with that sickening feeling in the pit of your stomach. As great as it is to watch your kid bounce around with that gleeful smile on his or her face, it's equally awful to have to pull them out crying from some kind of accident. As fun as bouncy houses can be, they are undeniably dangerous. So do you just make them stay out forever? That's up to you. If you do decide to let them go on bouncing, here are a few tips to minimize the risk and keep your babies safe!

Check out the Equipment

Find your childhood journals and diaries and flip through them. It is amazing the gems you can find and the things you thought were so important as a 12-year old. Your imagination will be transported back in time to when you used to think on that sort of train of thought.

The easiest way to get your kids out of the house is to sign them up for organized sports. Everyone is interested in different things. This may mean baseball or it may mean ballet, but either way it is a great way for your children to find something that they love, that they are talented at, and that can keep them in good health.

If you are willing to pay the big bucks, you can go to a place where everyone is treated like princes and princesses. Find the kid inside of you at theme parks like Universal or Walt Disney World through riding rides and meeting old favorite characters. Age doesn't matter when it comes to dreams coming true.

Go to your hometown where you grew up and find your old house. Reconnect with old friends and neighbors of your family. You don't realize how important these landmarks are in your life until they are gone. Take pictures recreating the same style of photo you took years before of yourself or your family all grown up.

Daughters are 5.5 times less likely than sons to follow their parents' examples when it comes to watching television, but if they see their parents doing it, there is still a tendency to want to do it. Girls can participate in sports and activities just as well as boys can, so encourage those interests while they are still young.

These are just a few of the tips that can help you reconnect with the kid inside you. Don't let it get harder for you as you grow up to remember and reminisce on your childhood.

Steps On Replacing Your Ostomy Appliance

By Arline Bradley

One may have had an ostomy in the past few days. If you are one of them, you really must wear the appliance on it every time. There would be times that you will get frustrated with it. There will also be times that it makes you feel itchy.

Be sure you read everything in the following paragraphs so you would have enough knowledge. You will be taught on the proper procedures of replacing your ostomy appliance. When you follow the procedures, you would be certain that its surrounding skin is maintained healthy.

Before you start, you must have all of the materials you will be needing ready. One needs to prepare clean water, some gauze strips and paper towels. You also have to prepare a new bag. It should already be pre cut. One has to have to old one disposed so it would be better to have all necessary things ready.

Remove your t shirt first. You should insert a paper towel between your skin and underwear. This would help in changing bags in a way that is neat. This would also help in avoiding dirt from getting on your underwear and your skin when you will change.

As you get rid of the old one, hold down your skin with your hand. Pull it away so your stoma would be uncovered completely. Throw it away on your trash can. Be certain that there is a trash can near you when you replace it so throwing it away would only be one reach away. It is best to have the hair around shaved. This would aid in making your bag stick well. It will also lessen the pain when you are pealing it off.

Soak those strips of gauze on water to wipe your skin. You have to pay much attention on the parts surrounding it. Wipe your stoma until it gets clean. Use the paper towel to have it dried. It is suggested that you use it as it is capable of absorbing fast. It will not stick on the skin too.

You may apply some lotion. This would help make the sore lesser. But, you have to think twice of applying it as it will hinder your appliance from sticking much better. Place the new ones. Be certain it sticks. You could use your palms in sticking it.

It would be better if you will be changing it in the morning. This is the time that the stoma is the smallest although it is still active. Most people who have it do that as well. The number of times you are going to be changing your appliance will depend on your supply and its behavior. There would be circumstances that you could just do that every other day. There would also be circumstances that it should be done every day. If you think that is not budget friendly just have that done every morning.

One could seek the help of a professional on how you could take care of it better. A professional could also suggest the best appliance for you. They could also suggest some stuff that could lessen the pain when you are changing. Prior to doing all the steps listed above, make sure you have cleaned your hands. Through this, you can avoid any infections.
