Healthy Diet for Healthy Eyes

healthy food is better  for the body ,it can also help improve your eye vision too .so to improve your eye vision the plan is a healthy diet ,some physical exercise (jogging,going to the Gym club ..) , sport can make your  thinking clean  and Purified it , also your eyes will work properly.



healthy diet will contain : fruits , vegetables, proteins. 



add fish into your plan wich contains the Omega-3 acids , it’s good for the brain and mental focus .


A healthy diet includes also vegetables such as : carrots , spinach,bean sprouts,cucumber,celery. Stick with foods that are high in vitamins A, B, C, D, and E as they are all just the nutrients the body craves.also dont forget sunflower,pecans,apricots,liver soy beans they are high in nutrients .

Foods with to much acids can lead to arthritis,acid also damage the muscles around the eye . the body needs to control the balance. Fruits and vegetables reduce the amount of acid in the body. animal products and grains increase the acid.just eat enough fruits and vegetables to find the perfect balance for your health ,most people ignore this .

To help your body break down foods and digest nutrients properly, you must find the good mix of foods you eat daily.

many carbohydrates(for example meat) taken with protein(for example potatoes), can be hard for the body to break it leaving you feeling that food is just sitting on the gut.you should mix proteins with vegetables,meat with salade .the body absorb nutrients , and will be easy to break down foods .

remember the proverb says :  healthy brain in a healthy body.
